SFB 650/2 TP Z3 Prof. Loddenkemper

The project Z3 will provide central histopathological support to all projects of the SFB 650 working with animal models or human tissues. Focus will be the in-situ characterization of regulatory and effector cells including various histomorphological methods (e.g. conventional staining, immunohistochemistry/ immunofluorescence) which may also be complementary in the monitoring of the effectiveness of cellular approaches to suppress unwanted immune reactions. Established standardized scoring schemes for the evaluation of inflammatory changes will be applied or new schemes will be developed when required.
