Proteomische Charakterisierung der PDZ Domänen Spezifität


Aim of this project is to characterize the ligand binding specificity of different PDZ protein domains. The reported method "inverted peptide arrays", developed by us in 2004, is a prerequisit for that study. For the first time PDZ specificity could be determined in a proteomic context. The domains will be provided by our cooperation partners such as Prof Moelling, Dr. Linda Ball, Prof. Maden, or Prof. Fürst.
